1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

When I am not making art I work part time as an in home caregiver for Comfort Keepers. I also teach art at Agewell Services in Norton Shores and will soon be teaching art at Four Points in Grand Haven.

2. Why do you make art?

Why do I make art? Because I must! God has given me the talent and the training and a true love for co-creating with Him.

3. What inspires you?

I am inspired to create art by all of creation around me. I am drawn to nature, animals, things that I love and see all around me every day here in Michigan.

4.What/who are your influences?

As a young artist I was greatly influenced by Larry Blovits who first taught me to see with the eyes of an artist and to translate what I saw into art, and by my dear friend Ellen Denny who has always believed in my ability as an artist.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

If I could meet anyone I would love to meet Jesus! I have so much to ask Him!
