A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I'm a stay at home mom to a rambunctious 9 year old boy. I've only just started painting but I love sewing and writing.

2. Why do you make art?

Beautiful things I see or memories I have but no pictures of. My childhood, life in general, sunsets, and the world. I want to capture those moments.

3. What inspires you?

Everything inspires me, the world, life, my son. Life is beautiful and painful sometimes. Life inspires me to find wonderful things or bad things and try and make them beautiful

4.What/who are your influences?

My influences would be life and the universe. To see what it makes of everything and the need to recreate it on canvas.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

I would love to meet up with my mom who passed away when I was 14, so she can see how things turned out.
