Shipping & Returns
We photograph, store, and ship the artwork ourselves, and therefore we can guarantee that all the art on our platform will arrive to you as represented.
Your package will be shipped via Fed Ex and generally arrives within five business days of purchase. All shipping costs can be calculated before confirming your order.
There will be a longer arrival time for any purchases of work by the renowned artists (identified with a star: ★). Special arrangements will be made for this work upon purchase.
If the artwork arrives and you're not satisfied with your original purchase for any reason, you'll have 7 days from the date of delivery to let us know that you want to return it.
At that point you've got 3 days to ship the work to us. If you find 3 days is not enough time to get it repacked and in the mail, please let us know and we will work with you.
Once we receive the work we will issue a full refund, including shipping.
If the artwork arrives to you damaged in any way, follow these steps:
Take pictures of the damage, packaging and the box. (Keep the box! If it’s in good enough condition you can use it for return shipping)
Email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the work, with “RETURNS” somewhere in the subject line.
An All Art Works representative will contact you shortly to discuss the next steps. This may include determining whether you want the work repaired, or refunded.
If it is determined that you want it refunded, you can return it to us within seven days for a full refund, including all shipping costs.
If you still love the work and want it repaired, you may return it to us within seven days. We will coordinate with the artist and will cover shipping costs. Repair time will vary and will be assessed on a case by case basis, but we will endeavor to make it happen as fast as possible!
